Lorna isn't sure what to expect, but that's never been anything to deter her. Most of the time, she welcomes the unexpected, actually. She comes through the doors into the lobby a few moments later, her green hair tied up in a tight bun.
She offers the other woman a small smile in greeting. "Hey. I'm Lorna." A half second of a pause. "How can I help you?"
Wanda isn't exactly sure what she expected. They're sisters, it's natural that they would look alike, but it's still a bit of a shock. Pictures don't really do the essence of a person any justice at all.
She realizes she's been silent too long after her question and Wanda shakes her head. "Sorry, long day," it's nine a-m, Wanda, "um... could I speak to you... alone?" she casts a glance at the front desk girl. "I know I don't have an appointment or anything, but I...I just need five minutes of your time."
Beat.
"Please," she feels her jaw clench slightly, but she schools her expression, hoping none of the desperation she feels shines through. At least not too much.
